As Head of Staff, you work directly with our Group Head of AI & Data as a strategic and operational partner across European marketplaces and corporate departments. You bridge the gap between technology, product, and business to turn vision into execution. Join our dynamic team in Zürich starting October 1st or by agreement and apply now.

Your tasks

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Group Head of AI & Data, translating strategic priorities into concrete initiatives, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Prepare decision papers, management presentations and executive briefings, and support leadership meetings, planning cycles, and management reporting.
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals by translating complex technical topics into clear business implications and supporting investment prioritization.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects, including initiatives without a natural owner, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and ensure the timely resolution of dependencies and blockers.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing transparent KPIs, reporting and governance mechanisms, and improving internal processes and ways of working.
  • Promote the effective adoption of AI and digital tools across the organization to enhance overall business performance.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff, Technology Management, or a comparable role.
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven organizations and digital business models, with a genuine interest in technology, data and AI.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with senior executives and technology leaders.
  • Highly structured, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in an environment with changing priorities and high autonomy.
  • Ability to understand complex technical topics without necessarily having a software engineering background.
  • Fluent in English and German.
